    It is very important to understand that our certified professional home inspectors look for the positive features of the house as well as any required repairs or upgrades. A home inspector does not pass or fail a home. Our professional home inspection is strictly confidential and the home inspection report belongs to the client. A more detailed explanation of what is inspected along limitations are more particularly described in the Standards of Practice of Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors

    ASHI-Certified02Our certified professional home inspectors not only points out concerns, but also educate the purchasers about the home systems and proper maintenance. Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) and Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) recommend  REGISTERED HOME INSPECTORS under the 1994 Province Of Ontario Home Inspectors Act . All of our expert home inspectors are well experienced and fully qualified National Certificate Holders, Registered Home Inspectors & Certified Master Inspectors, proud members of Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors- Ontario (CAHPI-ON) & Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI), American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) certified inspectors and dedicated to continually upgrade their knowledge and education by attending professional educational seminars, conferences and meetings, every year.

    CAHPItext_rgbCanadian Association of Home & Property Inspectors CAHPI is the only national nonprofit professional organization in Canada that rigorously tests professional home inspectors about their technical knowledge and diagnostic expertise prior to joining the organization as well as requiring continuing education after admission to keep current with new technology and building practices.The National Certification Program was established to allow home and property inspectors to be certified as competent and qualified professionals. The National Certification Program is managed and administered  by the National Certification Authority. Through the National Certification Program practicing Home and Property Inspectors are evaluated, certified and recognized as qualified professionals.

    OAHItext06Membership in Ontario Association of Home Inspectors OAHI and the Registered Home Inspector designation are earned credentials which attest to a professional home inspector's competence and professionalism. To earn the right to be a Registered Home Inspector RHI, professional home inspectors must demonstrate to the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors OAHI, that they have a broad knowledge of construction and building practices in Ontario and that they have acquired three components for qualification: basic skills specific to the practice of home inspection; technical background acquired through education and experience related to building science; and practical home inspection experience through the performance of at least 200 fee paid home inspections to Ontario Association of Home Inspectors OAHI Standards..

    If you are a professional in the business of real estate, be it a real estate agent or broker, real estate attorney, mortgage lender, insurance provider or appraiser, you understand that building harmonious business relationships with clients involves in part giving solid, reliable advice. Providing outstanding advice pays off with less fee resistance, more repeat business, more referrals to new clients, and an overall feeling of satisfaction for both the real estate professional and their clients. This also applies to referring professionals in other fields. The clients are looking to the real estate professional as an experienced and trusted advisor who will recommend only those who offer the best service or product. So when it comes to referring home inspectors, it makes good business sense to seek out and recommend qualified professionals. However, in an industry that is for the most part unregulated, this can be more difficult than it sounds. After all, anyone can print up some business cards and pass him/herself off as a "professional" home inspector. That's why referring only qualified professional home inspectors who are National Certificate Holders is a prudent choice. The clients deserve nothing less. Regardless of where you do business in Canada, from British Columbia to Newfoundland, there is a National Certificate Holder ready to provide you with qualified and competent home inspection services.
    The benefits of referring National Certificate Holders
       * Clients will appreciate your referring an honest, reputable home inspector
       * Protects your clients' best interests, which reflects well on your professional image and integrity
       * Reduces the risk of buyer's remorse due to unexpected and costly surprises after your clients move in
       * Shows the clients that you genuinely care about their well being.
    National Certificate Holder Home Inspectors:
       * Are well educated and highly trained
       * Are experienced and knowledgeable
       * Have completed mandatory mentoring
       * Have undergone peer review
       * Follow professional standards of practice and code of ethics
       * Are communications specialists
       * Are objective, honest and ethical
       * Are reliable and professional
       * Are the best choice for your next home inspection

     A professional home inspector does not obtain a working knowledge of every system in a home, attending few days of home inspection course or reading a few home inspection books. It comes from field experience and training. Neither warranties nor insurance policies can take the place of knowledge and experience gained from a hands-on education and our professional home inspectors have it. Our well qualified and certified home inspectors have helped prospective home buyers avoid costly mistakes.

    We guarantee that our experienced and qualified professional home inspectors will give you their very best effort. Our certified professional home inspectors’ mission is to look out for the best interest of the home buyer by inspecting every home as if we are the ones buying the home. Re-Sale home inspections by Certified Professional Registered Home Inspector in Greater Toronto area including Ajax, Aurora, Markham, Newmarket, Pickering, Richmond Hill, Stouffville, Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, Northyork, Scarborough, Toronto, Vaughan, Whitby and Woodbridge can be arranged within 24 hours. Only under very special circumstances our home inspector will proceed with home inspection without the client or client representative being present.  Most of our clients find our professional home inspection, a wonderful learning experience.  Since our expert home inspection is your best opportunity, to learn from our certified professional home inspector, how to operate and maintain your home's systems such as furnace, water heater, air conditioner etc., we suggest that you choose a different time to show your new house to family & friends. A typical pre-purchase home inspection of an average size home of 1600ft2 - 2200ft2 by a home inspector should usually take 3 hours.  Homes that are older, larger, and those that have substantial additions, renovations or difficult access areas, such as attics and crawl spaces will take a little longer. Our home inspectors never really know what they will find until they complete their  expert home inspection. Our home inspectors will stay as long as it takes to complete their home inspection to the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors’ Standards of Practice.
    Weekends are generally booked several days in advance like most of the good full time Professional Home Inspectors.  If you wish to book a specific date and time, please call our office as soon as possible.   When preparing your offer to purchase a home, please give your self at least 5 business days to complete all of your conditional activities such as professional home inspection, mortgage financing, appraisal etc. Our home inspectors provide our clients with a totally unbiased professional opinion.
    Our expert home inspectors perform a thorough home inspection and provide superior quality narrative home inspection report, not just a check list report of items inspected, at reasonable price! Our custom narrative home inspection report in plain easy to understand language, is far more comprehensive. Checklist home inspection reports consist number of pages with small check boxes where the home inspector ticks off what he supposedly inspected. Since there is very little room for written comments in checklist home inspection reporting system, inexperienced home inspectors use this type of reporting system due to their limited capacity to provide useful and full information to the home buyer. Our reliable professional home inspectors are not affiliated with any builder or real estate brokers as it is strictly forbidden by our Professional Code of Ethics. Our honest and reliable professional home inspectors are obligated not to discuss the home inspection report with anyone other than our client.
    The old adage, "you get what you pay for," has been proven true time and time again. Don't be overly concerned about paying more for a thorough home inspection. Our home inspectors perform a quality oriented home inspection rather than a time and cost limited one. A low cost poor quality home inspection is rarely a bargain. Lot of home buyers think all home inspectors are the same. If you looking for the low priced home inspectors, you will find the inexperienced, not fully qualified home inspectors. To risk getting a poor home inspection on a half million dollar house by limiting yourself to the cheapest possible home inspector is foolhardy. If a consumer was going to have surgery or buy a vehicle he would pick the best surgeon or attempt to get the very best vehicle. If you need the best lawyer or doctor to save you from disaster, you will have to pay more. The home buyers should consider important issues such as the education, training and experience of the home inspector, how much of the house and property are actually inspected, what type of report will they receive, or how long the home inspectors have been in business.
    The question consumers should be asking themselves here is: Would they hire a surgeon who has only completed very few surgeries. To become a good home inspector requires many years of on site home inspections, learning from each and every home inspection. Home inspectors know the value of their experience, reputation, qualifications, talent, attention to detail, the time and detail of the home inspection, the quality of the written home inspection report, the extent of consulting and advice that are provided, and charge accordingly. Our home inspection fees are competitive but on average our certified professional home inspectors charge $70 more than the cheapest inexperienced, not fully qualified home inspectors. It will be your best $70 you ever spent ! The home you are buying is not the cheapest home, but rather a house that you feel represents good value. We urge you to choose your home inspector the same way. Hiring the best home inspector possible is what you want. If you cannot afford the best home inspector, how will you afford the deficiencies, the low cost inexperienced home inspector fails to report? If the owner of a house is willing to pay $8,000 to $20,000 as commission to Real Estate Agents to sell the house, how much are you willing to pay to find out the true condition of the property? Do you really want the cheapest, most inexperienced home inspector to inspect the most expensive purchase you will ever make? You may even save more money by waiving the home inspection! If the home inspection turns up little wrong with the house,
    you have bought peace of mind for few hundred dollars ! If the home inspector finds serious problems, your home inspection fee could ends up saving you several thousands of dollars.

    For Your Biggest Investment You Need Expert Home Inspectors !
